The Diabetes Local Implementation Team is responsible for reviewing the current status of Diabetes Services and developing an action plan for implementation relating to the standards outlined in the diabetes national service framework. The team consults and communicates with users and service providers and will advise and make decisions on management of and matters concerning National Service Framework implementation. Progress is communicated via an Annual Report to the Trust Boards of the Primary Care Trust and/or Wolverhampton Hospitals.
